At Gen X Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely content with your purchase, we're here to assist you. Here are the details of our returns policy:

You're eligible to return any supplement purchased within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To initiate your return please email us at info.genxfitness@gmail.com  quoting your order number and your reason for the return. Once accepted you will be allocated a returns number that will need to be included within the returned package. Please note returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed. 

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Remember, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
